Job summary

Viatris is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support European manufacturing sites, aligning IT solutions with business needs. The role involves cross-site collaboration, requirements gathering, and ensuring compliance within GMP/CSV frameworks.

You will work with SAP modules (MM/WM/PP/QM), participate in global IT projects, and provide day-to-day application support while coordinating with SAP end users and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Functional knowledge of SAP MM, WM, PP, and QM.
• Ability to develop a tactical partnership with business customers.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) / MES.

Responsibilities

• Understand Viatris’ business, pain points, needs and manufacturing plans.
• Manage complex process analyses across operations (manufacturing, packaging, quality, warehouse, maintenance).
• Elicit requirements via interviews, documents, workshops, surveys, site visits and use cases.
• Participate in global IT projects at plant sites and local initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day support for installed applications and collaborate with IT teams.
