Pernod Ricard is hiring a Global Maintenance Head to define and deploy maintenance strategies across manufacturing sites worldwide. You will lead global standards, drive CMMS adoption, and develop a new maintenance community that spans regions and cultures.

In this role you will coach regional teams, design capability programs, and deliver strategic guidance to improve reliability and performance, while balancing local practices with global alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience improving maintenance strategy, CMMS implementation and optimization.
• Reliability engineering and predictive maintenance expertise.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Experience leading and developing people across sites and cultures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across functions and locations.

• Develop and implement global maintenance standards and ways of working.
• Support CMMS adoption and continuous improvement across sites.
• Create and maintain a global maintenance performance dashboard.
• Benchmark internal and external maintenance practices.
• Share successful maintenance practices across regions.
• Develop a global community of maintenance professionals.
• Design and roll out capability development programs.
• Provide strategic coaching to regional and site teams.
• Foster continuous improvement and reliability culture.
• Conduct annual maintenance maturity assessments.
