Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree; e.g., PhD, MD, MBA, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in Market Access or HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of payer and HTA evidence outside the United States.
• Global or above-country drug development experience.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Health Technology Assessment strategies across the Immunology portfolio.
• Generate impactful value evidence for payer propositions and patient access objectives.
• Ensure HTA evidence requirements are integrated into clinical development plans and evidence strategies.
• Lead development of global value dossiers, economic models, evidence syntheses, and real-world studies.
• Collaborate with Access, Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research and Commercial teams to maximize asset value.
• Translate complex scientific and economic evidence into compelling value stories for decision-makers.
• Build relationships with external experts, HTA bodies, policy stakeholders and scientific organizations.
• Monitor HTA trends to shape strategic decisions.
