Job summary

PartnerRe Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a senior leader for the Payments & Collections team. Based in Dublin with regional duties in Zürich, you will oversee global operations and mentor professionals across two locations to ensure timely cash flow and strong internal controls.

You will drive process improvements, manage relationships with brokers and clients, and contribute to staffing, budgeting and strategic development of the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Payments & Collections or reinsurance accounting.
• Experience managing teams, including remote staff.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize global Payments & Collections operations.
• Ensure timely and secure payments with brokers and clients.
• Oversee reconciliation of unsettled balances and accounts.
• Lead staff planning, budgeting and professional development.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on payment matters.
