Job summary

LPI invites graduates to join a structured 24-month programme across multiple streams, with international travel opportunities and rotations across Europe. The role offers €35,000 in year one rising to €40,000 in year two, and includes a fully funded professional skills programme and clearly defined career paths.

You'll rotate through Commercial, Health & Safety, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, HR and Finance areas, gaining a broad foundation for a long-term career with LPI.

Qualifications

• Graduate programme spanning multiple streams including Commercial QS, H&S, Engineering, Finance, Marketing.
• Rotations across key areas of the business.
• Travel to sites across Europe.
• LPI funds professional development including Engineers Ireland Professional Skills Programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across engineering, commercial, safety, and HR streams.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and learn project delivery across Europe.
• Develop technical, professional and business skills through guided milestones.
