Job summary

Personio in Dublin is seeking a hands-on Logistics Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced Dublin warehouse. You will handle pick, pack and dispatch, maintain stock accuracy and support WMS monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System a strong plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch shipments accurately, across a range of sizes, formats and gift types.
• Receive, check and book inbound shipments into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accuracy and timely stock availability.
• Work as a team to ensure all orders are shipped within the SLA and contribute towards the successful achievement of targets.
• Manage the flow of goods through our Dublin warehouse.
• Support planning and execution of large operational initiatives such as stock moves, warehouse changes and ongoing process improvements.
• Monitor and analyse orders across fulfilment partners to identify discrepancies, delays and fulfilment risks.
• Coordinate delivery exceptions for shipments in transit by identifying issues and supporting investigations and solutions.
• Perform system and administrative updates to ensure data accuracy across operational tools.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks required to support the day-to-day running of Logistics operations.
• Support the wider Logistics team by providing cover during holidays, busy periods and team absences.
