Job summary

Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on advancing therapies for GI diseases. The role provides senior leadership to support global activities, timelines, and project finance across full-service clinical trials.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will develop strategies, ensure high-quality service delivery, and align with regulatory guidelines while supporting business development and staff development. This position is central to delivering clinical trial excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in clinical operations or CRO settings.
• Proven track record in managing global project operations and budgets.
• Experience with GI clinical trials is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and oversight for global trials (40-50%).
• Mentor and develop the Clinical Project Operations team; represent at client meetings.
• Drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and risk management across projects.
• Plan budgets, support bids, and oversee change orders to meet project costs.
