Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes seeks a Manager, Safe Fleet Process Owner to lead global fleet and road safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in transportation safety across regions. You will manage cross-functional teams, conduct incident investigations, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, operations and HR on safe vehicle selection and maintenance.

Travel 20–30% is required; base pay range €70,100–€121,210; hybrid work arrangement in Cork,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Transportation, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in fleet/road safety management or EHS.
• Expertise in fleet safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain global fleet and road safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for fleet/road safety events.
• Analyze fleet safety data, trends, and KPIs; report findings to senior leadership.
