Responsibilities

• Lead and own supplier accounts and business-unit agendas.
• Deliver against budgeting, PPV, productivity and cashflow targets.
• Develop category strategies and drive initiatives to implement them.
• Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to optimize sourcing.
• Negotiate purchases of ingredients, technologies and flavours.
• Analyze category spend, supplier capability, and market dynamics.
• Ensure sourcing compliance and maintain vendor qualification programs.
• Lead cross-vendor programs on productivity and localisation.
• Mentor colleagues and lead strategic projects and spend oversight.
