Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Supervisor to join our Operations team at the Little Island plant in Cork, Ireland. This role leads a large shift team and drives safety, quality, service and cost improvements as part of our concentrate manufacturing network.

You will coach a diverse team, use data to review performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results. Strong leadership and a track record in fast-paced FMCG environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years post-qualification experience in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment.
• Relevant third level qualification or technical equivalent.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross functional environment.
• Proven track record of delivery through teams in a dynamic, high paced work environment.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing cost, quality, safety and service improvement initiatives.
• Proven positive influence on team culture and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of all manufacturing activities within the department shift team in Little Island.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to deliver safety, quality, service and cost improvements.
• Use data to review performance, assign actions, and follow up on those actions across the department on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and project teams to deliver best in class results for the business across people, process and technology.
• Ensure compliance of manufacturing activities with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
