An international advisory firm is seeking a Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions Associate Director in Dublin, Ireland. Qualifications

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum +6 years’ post-qualified experience in audit or financial reporting.
• Experience in Top 20 practice or advisory firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Lead and prepare complex financial statements including IFRS and US GAAP.
• Advise clients on technical accounting issues and changes.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)

6+ years’ post-qualified experience in audit or financial reporting

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP

Proven leadership experience managing teams

Excellent client relationship management

Strong project management capability

Commercial awareness

Experience with CaseWare and electronic audit packages
