Job summary

A leading advisory firm in Dublin is seeking a FAAS Manager to lead financial reporting engagements. You will manage client relationships, deliver high-quality financial statements, and supervise a team while providing technical guidance on accounting. Ideal candidates are qualified accountants with over 6 years of experience, preferably from a Top 20 firm. Qualifications

• Minimum +6 years’ post-qualified experience in audit or financial reporting.
• Background in a Top 20 practice or advisory firm preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong project management capability with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements with high-quality financial reporting.
• Lead and review the preparation of complex financial statements.
• Advise clients on technical accounting issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of senior associates.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)

Post-qualified experience in audit or financial reporting

Technical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
