DECI Ltd is a growing international engineering and commissioning company recruiting a Recruitment Associate for our Naas office. You will support end-to-end recruitment across engineering, construction and professional roles for live projects across Europe, the USA and the Middle East.

This role offers onboarding, structured training, and clear opportunities for progression within recruitment, talent acquisition and wider HR.

Qualifications

• Background in HR, business, psychology, engineering or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people focused roles.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Professional and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end to end recruitment process across engineering, construction and support functions
• Screen CVs and assist with shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and ongoing follow ups throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with LinkedIn sourcing, talent searches and candidate outreach
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and internal systems
• Support onboarding and pre start administration for new hires
• Assist with graduate and early career recruitment activity
• Support recruitment reporting and pipeline updates
• Provide general recruitment and hiring support to the wider recruitment and operations teams
