TikTok is seeking a Global Employment Law professional to provide strategic legal guidance on employee privacy and data protection across our multinational operations. The role collaborates with HR and business teams to ensure compliant handling of data subject rights and related issues.

The candidate will analyse requests, advise on complex privacy requirements, and help shape scalable privacy policies and procedures for TikTok's global workforce.

Qualificações

• Significant privacy/compliance experience in privacy support or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU data protection and employee privacy requirements.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present reports to senior leadership.
• Integrity with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and respond to data subject request cases relating to employee privacy in multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve privacy requests.
• Navigate complex operational requirements to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies at scale.
• Drive cross-functional projects balancing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Develop training and guidance on employee data rights, procedures, and legal developments.
