Qualifikationen

• Typically 8–10 years of EHSS or OE experience in regulated industries.
• Experience leading EHSS strategy, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of EHSS systems, regulatory requirements, and audits.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and team development.

Aufgaben

• Lead EHSS Assurance, Strategy, Standards, and OE initiatives.
• Establish, deploy, and sustain global standards, policies, and governance models.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using OE, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to embed quality by design and risk‑based decision making.
• Lead preparation for and execution of internal, external, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely remediation and sustained compliance.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and trends to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide people leadership, coaching, and development for quality and OE team members.
• Serve as a key quality leader supporting strategic initiatives, transformations, and business integrations.
