Marsh in Dublin is seeking a Global Editorial Specialist to lead the creation and governance of high-quality content across thought leadership, marketing, and brand copy. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Reporting to the Global Editorial Leader, you will develop outlines, draft materials, and fact-check insights, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with Marsh standards and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Experience editing and developing content and copy across formats.
• Ability to manage quick turnarounds and long-form projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret briefs and align with brand voice.
• Experience with governance and compliance standards.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Editorial expertise: Write original content and copy for internal clients across reports, articles, scripts, social media, web pages, and more.
• Content and copy strategy: Develop messaging and outputs from briefs through execution.
• Research acumen: Gather insights via online research, interviews, and internal data.
• Governance: Ensure editorial, legal, compliance, quality, and brand voice standards.
• Cross-business collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, digital, social teams from concept to delivery.
• Continuous improvement: Raise the bar on deliverables and stay current with industry trends.
