The position requires 12+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, 8+ years of leadership, and strong GMP knowledge, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 12 years in Process/Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set global process engineering strategy and roadmap across sites.
• Harmonize skills, tools, and governance across teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global engineering organization.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, and MAKE Engineering for readiness and technology transfer.
• Lead disciplined engineering approaches and lifecycle management.
