Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an executive to shape the future of our global dialysis machines and platforms. This role leads a large global organization with the majority based in Germany, collaborating with teams in the US, Lithuania and China.

You will define the long-term portfolio vision, drive innovation, engineering excellence, quality, regulatory leadership, and business performance, while ensuring development and commercialization of innovative dialysis solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Proven executive leadership experience in highly regulated global industries.
Experience leading large-scale global Engineering and R&D orgs (700+ employees).
Track record of transformation, cost optimization and growth.
Ability to drive strategy to execution across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term innovation, technology, and product strategy for the global Value Stream portfolio.
Lead global Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Regulatory organizations.
Maintain accountability for product performance, including innovation, quality and cost.
Drive a strong pipeline of new product introductions and enhancements.
Own business outcomes including pricing, investments, make-vs-buy decisions, technology platforms.
Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, and Clinical stakeholders to ensure development and commercialization.
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in product quality and lifecycle performance.
Develop organizational capability and leadership across a global organization.
