Qualifications

• 8+ years leading data engineering and analytics programs in global pharma context.
• Experience delivering data platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of GDPR/HL7/FHIR healthcare data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI programs across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Define strategy, architecture, and delivery plans for data products.
• Oversee vendor relationships and multi-partner delivery efforts.
• Drive data product adoption and value realization across the organization.
