Job summary

Alexion seeks a Data & AI Capability Lead to drive stakeholder‑centric, data‑driven programs across Operations including supply chain, manufacturing and quality. You will architect data solutions, oversee delivery with internal teams and vendors, and translate business needs into scalable analytics and AI platforms.

The role requires strong delivery management, data modeling and governance knowledge, with a track record across international pharma environments and patient‑centric digital health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Management, and AI/ML delivery.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI/analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data & AI programs across Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality).
• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end data foundations and analytics solutions.
• Manage vendors and cross‑functional teams to align with business goals.
