Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a QA Auditor to support CSA quality processes across projects. You will audit sites, verify compliance with QA plans, and coach teams to adhere to KPM/Nintex workflows. Regular travel within Europe is expected to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires auditing experience, knowledge of QA systems and ITPs, and a proactive approach to driving right-first-time quality culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in auditing or quality control.
• Knowledge of QA systems and ITPs.
• Lead auditor certification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured audits across CSA project sites.
• Assess compliance with CSA processes, checklists and Quality Plans.
• Review sub-contracts to ensure completeness and avoid gaps.
• Identify gaps in supply chain compliance with subcontract requirements.
• Review project org charts and competency matrices.
• Provide guidance on process and checklist usage.
• Produce audit reports and monthly quality summaries.
