With 5+ years in senior quality roles, you will drive continuous improvement, coach teams and manage quality systems and NC/ITP compliance while travelling regularly in Europe.

CSA Quality & Compliance Lead | Ireland | Data Centres & Power

Travel: Approximately 50% European travel

Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Quality & Compliance Lead to join a leading international engineering contractor, supporting quality and compliance across major Data Centre, Power & Renewables projects in Ireland and Europe. This is a senior quality-focused role for someone who can combine site auditing, CSA expertise, quality assurance and process improvement to drive consistent standards across multiple projects.

The Opportunity:

As CSA Quality & Compliance Lead, you will provide independent assurance across CSA delivery, auditing project compliance, identifying improvement opportunities and coaching site teams in the effective use of quality systems and processes.

You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders to improve visibility, reduce risk and promote a right-first-time quality culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured CSA quality audits across project sites
• Assess compliance with Quality Plans, ITPs, checklists and project procedures
• Review CSA subcontractor scope and quality requirements to identify potential gaps
• Audit supply chain compliance with project and company quality processes
• Review CSA roles, responsibilities and competency requirements
• Assess pre-construction, design management and off-site manufacturing quality processes
• Verify CSA activities are completed using approved processes, checklists and hold points
• Ensure correct use of QMS documentation, KPM/Nintex workflows and digital quality systems
• Support the management of NCRs, corrective actions and recurring quality issues
• Produce audit reports, monthly quality summaries and quality trend analysis
• Provide guidance, training, toolbox talks and lessons learned to project teams
• Develop and improve CSA processes and checklists based on project requirements
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional workshops

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking to speak with experienced CSA Quality Managers, Quality Leads, QA/QC Managers or Civil/Structural Quality professionals with strong experience in complex construction environments.

You’ll ideally have:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Quality or a related discipline
• Experience within Data Centre construction, ideally GC1 & GC2 environments
• Experience across Power & Renewables and associated civil works
• Strong knowledge of QA systems, ITPs and quality control processes
• Proven experience conducting audits and driving compliance
• Strong understanding of CSA construction and quality requirements
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work independently while influencing project teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with KPM/Nintex or other digital quality systems
• Multi-site or European project experience

This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel to project locations across Europe for audits, inspections, compliance reviews, team coaching and quality improvement activities.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working across multiple project environments and travelling regularly throughout Europe.
