Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Quality & Compliance Lead to join a leading international engineering contractor, supporting quality and compliance across major Data Centre, Power & Renewables projects in Ireland and Europe. This is a senior quality-focused role for someone who can combine site auditing, CSA expertise, quality assurance and process improvement to drive consistent standards across multiple projects.

As CSA Quality & Compliance Lead, you will provide independent assurance across CSA delivery, auditing project compliance, identifying improvement opportunities and coaching site teams in the effective use of quality systems and processes.
You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders to improve visibility, reduce risk and promote a right-first-time quality culture.
We’re looking to speak with experienced CSA Quality Managers, Quality Leads, QA/QC Managers or Civil/Structural Quality professionals with strong experience in complex construction environments.
This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel to project locations across Europe for audits, inspections, compliance reviews, team coaching and quality improvement activities.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working across multiple project environments and travelling regularly throughout Europe.
