Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a senior Commerce Strategy & Operations leader to drive post-purchase operations strategy across the marketplace, reporting to senior leadership. You will translate analytics into priorities and partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to scale high-quality experiences for buyers and sellers.

With 8–10 years in strategy/ops, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, define scalable processes, and provide data-driven guidance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, ops).
• Experience developing and executing scalable operations strategies.
• Strong analytical judgment; synthesize data into clear recommendations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes for growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.
• Proficient in data analysis; SQL and analytics tools a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategy for post-purchase operations, partnering with Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Translate insights from data and user interactions into priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
