Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Dublin seeks a Global CitiService Corporates Premium Service Manager Head to lead the Premium Model function for multinational clients.

You will define strategy, drive transformation, and ensure consistent service delivery across regions, partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Client Coverage. The role reports to senior leadership, manages a global team of Service Manager Leads, and focuses on client experience, risk management, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with extensive corporate banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant business experience considered.
• Certifications in leadership, project management, or risk management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic vision for CitiService Corporates Premium Model globally.
• Direct execution of transformation initiatives ensuring global consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and Client Coverage teams.
