Job summary

NFP is hiring an International Benefits Consultant to support our growing International Benefits team in the UK and Ireland. You will engage clients on employee benefits, educate on policy details and multinational pooling, and drive profitable growth by securing new business with prospects and introducers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant experience in international employee benefits.
• Experience managing senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key client relationships with technical and relationship ownership.
• Conduct strategic reviews for large and key account clients.
• Maintain regular client touchpoints and calls throughout the year.
• Understand client aims and ensure recommendations meet country-specific needs.
• Continually broaden technical knowledge through study and exams.
• Collaborate with US, Canada, Ireland teams to service clients effectively.
• Oversee account managers in client administration tasks.
• Ensure professional communication with colleagues, clients and third parties.
