Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, BCP & Emergency Preparedness to design and govern global facility continuity programs. You will partner with EHSS, Facilities, IT and regional teams to ensure readiness across ~110 locations and drive resilience in a complex, regulated environment.

The role offers high visibility, cross‑functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape enterprise risk management and operational continuity across the DePuy Synthes portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in business continuity, emergency preparedness, risk management, or related operational roles.
• Experience developing and managing BCP and emergency response programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the FM BCP and Emergency Preparedness framework, aligned with enterprise BCM standards.
• Ensure facilities‑related risks are addressed in continuity plans.
• Establish emergency response standards, playbooks, and site readiness requirements.
• Partner with regional FM and site teams to conduct drills and readiness assessments.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership with readiness metrics and risk insights.
