Job summary

daa International is seeking a Project Manager to support the Business Development function, owning discipline, quality, compliance and pace behind our pipeline, proposals and partnerships. You will work with senior leaders to convert opportunities across aviation, airport planning, operations, and investments.

Responsibilities include leading proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining CRM and pipelines, and performing market analysis to inform growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, bid/proposal coordination, or business development support.
• Proven ability to run proposals end to end and coordinate multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and bid submissions across advisory, concession, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit activities and manage milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
