Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is recruiting a Programme Controls Lead – Aviation to provide leadership across cost, schedule, risk management and performance reporting for a major aviation infrastructure programme.

You will work closely with the Programme Director, design consultants and contractors to embed robust controls across the full lifecycle, enabling informed decisions and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Provide strategic leadership and best-practice expertise across the programme controls function.
• Lead cost management, scheduling, reporting and risk management within the programme.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and best-practice expertise across Programme Controls, working with the Programme Director and teams.
• Establish and maintain consistent programme controls methodologies, standards, processes and governance across projects.
• Facilitate programme controls meetings with consultants, contracting entity and contractors to align expectations and drive performance.
• Monitor and report on projects throughout the lifecycle, providing insight into cost, time, risk and performance.
• Provide timely information to the Programme Director and senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Programme Controls professionals.
• Coordinate programme reporting with the central Programme Controls Office and broader functions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve performance through better systems and data.
• Work with Head of Programme Controls to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.
