Job summary

Strava is hiring an Accounts Payable specialist in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on owning the invoice-to-pay cycle for multiple legal entities and currencies, using NetSuite and other ERPs. You will manage vendor inquiries and support the month-end close, working in a small, collaborative AP team.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with more than half time on-site at the Dublin office, three days per week, and opportunities to improve processes across the payables function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounts payable across multiple entities and currencies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle or SAP).
• Experience contributing to AP month-end close tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the routine invoice-to-pay cycle for assigned entities and currencies.
• Resolve mismatches and chase approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Support AP portion of month-end close with aging, accruals, and reconciliations.
