Job summary

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) is seeking a Project Manager, Aircraft Technical Services to lead complex aircraft projects, coordinating with customers, MROs, and internal teams. The role oversees technical requirements for purchases, deliveries, transitions and returns, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will travel globally, manage inspections and records, and interface with OEMs and lease customers. Strong aviation technical background and MS-Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aircraft Engineer with minimum 3 years in aviation.
• Experience with aircraft transitions and maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of Country of Registration/FAA/EASA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Willis Lease Contracts, Customer, MRO, and Technical Records to facilitate projects.
• Oversee technical aspects of aircraft purchases/sales, deliveries, acceptance, returns, and asset management.
• Provide technical support to Legal, Finance, Contracts, and Marketing.
