Job summary

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) is seeking a senior lease closing specialist to coordinate the close of lease, purchase and sale transactions for aviation equipment, primarily engines. You will collaborate with customers, Marketing, Finance and counsel to negotiate and produce lease, purchase/sale, financing and trust documents, and assist with initializing new lending facilities.

The position requires 15+ years in leasing (aviation a plus), excellent communication, independent work

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in leasing, aviation a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, flexibility and ability to handle varied tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the close of lease, purchase and sale transactions.
• Prepare and forward required lease/purchase documents to counsel and lessees.
• Coordinate filings with FAA and other agencies; prepare positions for lenders.
• Post-closing follow-up and document indexing; release and provide documents.
• Ad hoc reporting; preparation of agency agreements; other duties as assigned.
