Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager to lead and oversee large-scale international implementation programs from initiation to stabilization. You will align with Sales and the Air Logistics Business Unit to drive strategic goals and best practices while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of project/ program management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in air logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager delivering complex global projects.
• Strong understanding of Air Logistics operations and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software; PMP/PMI/Prince2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex global customer implementation projects from initiation to stabilization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Unit Air Logistics to develop vertical goals and best practices.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Allocate resources and manage cross-functional teams to ensure success.
• Mentor junior managers on vertical requirements and project management best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure quality deliverables.
