Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin seeks a Germany Content Moderator to help maintain safe online communities. You will review user-generated content to enforce platform rules with accuracy and timely decisions.

Requirements: fluent German (C1) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Irish residency, and at least 6 months of moderation experience. This onsite role offers a competitive salary and meal allowance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content in line with platform policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines, including harmful, offensive, or misleading material.
• Make well-informed and timely moderation decisions based on procedures.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases through the appropriate internal channels.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Accurately document moderation decisions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and best practices in content moderation.
