• Investigate and resolve customer complaints across multiple jurisdictions with regulatory compliance.
• Draft professional complaint correspondence and final responses.
• Ensure complaints are recorded and handled within regulatory timeframes.
• Prepare and manage Ombudsman file requests and engage with Ombudsman as needed.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Identify trends and root causes to drive process improvements.
• Produce analysis to reduce future complaints and improve customer experience.
• Support third-party audits and quality reviews when required.
