David Kennedy Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a global provider of outsourced B2B sales, customer success and revenue operations solutions for an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (German-speaking) to join their Dublin team.

The role is on-site in Dublin, full-time, requiring fluent German and proven experience in outbound B2B or SaaS sales. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage enterprise executives and drive KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German
• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, technology sales or SaaS sales
• Strong sales track record and a results-driven approach to targets

Aufgaben

• Proactively engage prospects through outbound outreach and structured follow-ups
• Qualify leads through consultative conversations to understand needs and objectives
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to closing deals
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise decision-makers including C-suite executives
• Communicate value propositions clearly to executive audiences
• Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and targets
• Maintain records of sales activities and forecasts in Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes
• Stay up to date with product developments and competitive positioning
• Apply feedback to continuously improve sales performance
