Zusammenfassung

Artemis Human Capital is assisting a well-established Irish-owned organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant fluent in German for their Dublin finance team. The role is hybrid, permanent, and offers a salary up to €50,000 DOE. You will work on supplier invoices, coding, reconciliations and AP administration.

The ideal candidate will have AP experience, exceptional attention to detail, and fluency in German and English. Construction or engineering sector exposure is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Accounts Payable or Finance Administration experience.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Excel and accounting systems.

Aufgaben

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Verifying, coding and entering invoices accurately.
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Processing bank postings and direct debits.
• Managing the accounts payable mailbox.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting general finance administration and audit requirements.
