Job summary

TP Group is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (German language) for an on-site role in Dublin. You will support and coach team members, ensuring quality and policy compliance while balancing efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with a minimum 2 years in operations/BPO and a degree or higher education.

A strong empathy drive and customer-focused mindset are essential. Salary is €44,351 with excellent benefits and clear internal growth paths.

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English with strong communication and empathy.
Experience delivering 1:1 support with accuracy and care.
Proven ability to meet language and analytical testing requirements.
Minimum 2 years of Operations experience in a shared services/BPO setting.
Interest in policies, training, and community standards.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor new agents during nesting and on the floor.
Provide real-time support by resolving inquiries with empathy and speed.
Assist in corrective and preventive action plans to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Stay knowledgeable about Client products and community standards for policy guidance.
Collaborate with training, quality, and operations to implement process changes.
Investigate and resolve abuse reports and monitor compliance with Terms of Use.
