Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company in Dublin is seeking a commercially minded Geospatial Consultant to join the team. You will engage with clients, translate challenges into geospatial solutions and help grow the business through proactive opportunity development.

You will identify client needs, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver value. Hybrid working options and a supportive, innovative environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or client-facing consultancy.
• Experience in geospatial, construction or related industry.
• Strong commercial awareness translating technical solutions into business value.
• Experience developing proposals and bids for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Applicants must have the existing right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client meetings.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients as a trusted geospatial advisor.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges and workflows.
• Translate technical requirements into practical, commercially viable geospatial solutions.
• Develop high-quality proposals including scope, methodology, resources, pricing and value propositions.
• Work closely with sales, bid and project teams to progress opportunities to delivery.
• Provide technical geospatial expertise and advice to clients and internal teams.
• Support project delivery with technical direction and mentoring where required.
• Maintain awareness of developments in the geospatial industry and market trends.
• Identify further opportunities to add value for clients.
