Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a General Operative in Navan, Republic of Ireland, to join a busy production team. You’ll work hands-on to ensure products are made, packed and delivered to a high standard. Pay is €14.80–€15.20 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

Night-shift roles may be available. You’ll follow work instructions, maintain quality, and keep your area clean; forklift work is possible if trained.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Pack, label and check product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Forklift training is a plus.

We’re currently recruiting General Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work as part of a team to ensure products are made, packed, and delivered to a high standard.

Pay Rate: €14.80 to €15.20 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday availability required

Shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm

Night-shift-only roles available

Flexibility needed to meet production deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing

Working across different areas of the factory

Following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

Packing, labelling, and checking product quality

Keeping your work area clean and organised

Completing training and learning all aspects of the role

Using a forklift if trained and required

What We’re Looking For

A reliable team player with a strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work on your own initiative

Previous experience in manufacturing

Forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential
