Energywise Ireland is seeking a hands-on retrofit supervisor to manage installation of energy efficiency upgrades across Munster, including Solar PV and insulation projects. You will lead carpentry teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship at Cork and Kerry sites.

Ideal candidates have either a carpentry/joinery qualification or 3+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead carpentry teams and coordinate subcontractors on site across Munster.
• Ensure high quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the install of a range of energy efficiency upgrades including:
• Solar PV systems
• Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
• Ceiling Level Insulation
• Sloped Ceiling Insulation
• Drylining
• External Insulation
• Natural Ventilation

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally a qualification in carpentry/joinery. Alternatively 3 years+ experience.
• Strong carpentry skills and a comprehensive understanding of retrofit construction techniques, including energy-efficient building methods, insulation, air-sealing, and sustainable material usage.
• Honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Confident using it software & reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
