Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and follow SOPs for your area at all times.
• Liaise and communicate with separation and evaporation operators on the addition of ingredients.
• Record all ingredients consumed onto the SAP system.
• Ensure correct ingredients are added to the required silo at the correct time.
• Ensure efficient use of plant and materials.
• Complete relevant records to the required standards.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines at all times.
• Be a flexible team player who can adapt to different tasks and production areas.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards of performance.

Lakeland Dairies are seeking reliable Production Operators to join our team in Bailieborough. This is a key role within a busy manufacturing environment, supporting safe, efficient, and high ‑ quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
