Co-operative Housing Ireland invites a General Operative to join our Blanchardstown office, with regular travel across the Leinster region. You will support upkeep, maintenance and presentation of our housing stock, carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs to homes and common areas.

Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing in Ireland. Since our foundation in 1973 we have provided over 5,700 homes through homeownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives. As an Approved Housing Body (AHB), we work withvarious stakeholders in the housing sector, including Local Authorities, Government, aspiring homeowners, tenants and developers. Wecurrently manage over 6,708 properties across Ireland.
We are currently seeking a General Operative to join our team based in our Blanchardstown office, with regular travel throughout the Leinster region. This is a hands‑on role supporting the upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of our housing stock.
