Techrete is seeking a General Operative to join our Balbriggan factory team. You will contribute to the full production cycle of precast concrete products, work under the Team Leader/APM, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Based in Balbriggan, the role offers training, a strong team environment, and benefits including a subsidised onsite canteen, cycle-to-work, enhanced parental leave, onsite parking, early Friday leave, and a pension.

About The Role

As a General Operative, reporting to the Assistant Product Manager, you will be working within a team of operatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/APM
• Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
• Practice safe systems of work at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping levels to a high stand
