Job summary

Kilsaran Precast is a high‑performance, bespoke manufacturing company in Ireland seeking a QA General Operative. You will perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections and ensure products meet QA standards while reading drawings and adhering to health and safety policies.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30–5:00, you will operate mechanical equipment, assist with loading deliveries, and help maintain and clean machines. Benefits and overtime opportunities are provided to support our team.

Qualifications

• Able to read, understand and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of construction industry.
• Machine experience is an advantage but not necessary.
• Manual Handling.

Responsibilities

• Performing pre-pour and post-pour inspections
• Ensure products are completed in line with QA standards
• Advising Unit Supervisor/QA Technician of any deviations to standards or specifications
• Operation of mechanical equipment
• Maintenance & cleaning of machines
• General upkeep of the unit
• Concrete finishing
• Assist with loading of deliveries
• Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by management

Kilsaran Precast is high-performance, bespoke business that offers a full-service solution from building design and manufacture through to installation, the fully automated state-of-the-art plants located in Kildare and Galway are not constrained by static moulds and are completely BIM orientated.

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00

As a QA General Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of duties.

Responsibilities:

• Performing pre-pour and post-pour inspections
• Ensure products are completed in line with QA standards
• Advising Unit Supervisor/QA Technician of any deviations to standards or specifications
• Operation of mechanical equipment
• Maintenance & cleaning of machines
• General upkeep of the unit
• Concrete finishing
• Assist with loading of deliveries

Your responsibilities are not limited to those outlined above, and you are expected to carry out other reasonable duties from time to time, as requested by your manager

Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times
