Job summary

Kiltipper Woods Care Centre in Dublin is expanding its nursing team and recruiting Staff Nurses across General, Psychiatric, and ID specialisms. The on-site facility delivers rehabilitation, convalescent care, dementia and related services for older and younger residents, with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and more.

The role requires NMBI registration, strong clinical skills, effective communication, and teamwork within a busy sub-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered with NMBI.
• Experience; new graduates may be considered.
• Desire to work in a busy sub-acute setting.
• Excellent clinical skills and being highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and professional leadership for the unit team and ensure delivery of patient/resident centered care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to high professional and ethical standards.
• Deliver care in line with National Standards of Care and NMBI standards.
