Job summary

Boojum Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead on-site operations at Hanover Quay. This role is 40 hours per week with a competitive pay band of €40,500–€47,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus.

You’ll mentor the crew, ensure excellent guest experiences, and uphold high standards of food safety and service. You will drive sales, manage stock and deliveries, and cultivate a positive, energetic team culture.

• 1+ years leading a team in hospitality/retail.
• Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
