Boojum in Tallaght is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the crew and keep Boojum vibes high. You’ll run daily operations, own the shift, support your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

You’ll lead, train, and motivate a fast-paced team while upholding food safety and quality standards, driving sales, and delivering outstanding service with a positive, fun work environment. The role offers a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience leading a team in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Motivated, organized, and ready to take ownership.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
• Results-driven with a passion for people and great food.
• Calm under pressure; able to multitask.
• Willing to learn; thorough training provided.
• Experience with food safety standards is a plus.

Pay: €40,500- €47,000 + Quarterly Bonus
