Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks an experienced General Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations on a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. You will report to the Site Manager and supervise trades, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality standards.

Key duties include coordinating subcontractors, enforcing site rules, monitoring productivity, and aiding material planning to keep works on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large-scale residential or apartment developments.
• Strong trade background with a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

General Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee the day-to-day running of the works on site. The successful General Foreman will report to the Site Manager on site.
