Job summary

Google is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge frontier AI products with production-grade reality for enterprise customers in Ireland. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions within customer environments, addressing data readiness, state-management, and integration challenges to drive enterprise adoption and future product feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience taking AI solutions from conception to launch on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured/unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex AI applications from prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Architect connective tissue between Google AI products and customers’ live infrastructure via APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests.
• Co-build with customer engineers to implement Google-grade development practices for long-term success.
