Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Machine Learning / Gen AI Engineer for a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension in Dublin. You will design, build and optimise Generative AI and ML solutions in an AWS cloud environment.

Working within an agile engineering team, you will implement RAG pipelines, LLM integration, prompt engineering, API development and data pipelines to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions for a financial services organisation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ML engineering experience with model development and inference optimisation.
• Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Strong Python/Java development with APIs via FastAPI or Flask.
• AWS proficiency and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and RDS/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data pipelines and ML frameworks; Airflow & Terraform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise Generative AI and ML solutions in AWS.
• Develop RAG pipelines, LLM integration, prompt engineering and model deployment.
• Create data pipelines and APIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
